Education Overview

When it comes to education opportunities, Grant County has excellent primary and secondary educational facilities. Grant County educators care about the integrity of their students and teach them to achieve beyond their own expectations.

Grant County is the home to two world class universities, Taylor and Indiana Wesleyan, and Indiana’s Community College, Ivy Tech. In 2008, Ivy Tech will open its brand new 95,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Marion. These institutions provide the tools needed to improve the current workforce as well as provide future employees with substantial skills.

From Global arts to highly skilled technical degrees, Grant County universities provide a large span of expertise that attracts a diverse array of students. With classroom learning designed to be applied in the workplace, Grant County’s educational institutions prepare our students to make a difference in our community.
